Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator
Solime Royal Hair is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the Founder & CEO and help manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of a growing business.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing multiple priorities, and supporting a mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted administrative partner while helping coordinate projects, recruiting activities, business operations, and company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
• Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up communications
• Monitor and organize email communications
• Draft professional correspondence and meeting requests
• Maintain task lists, reminders, and deadline trackers
• Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when needed
Operations & Administrative Support
• Maintain contract, vendor, and project tracking systems
• Coordinate recruiting activities and interview scheduling
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain digital filing systems and business records
• Support special projects and company initiatives
• Research vendors, service providers, and business resources
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
• Experience in executive support, administration, operations, project coordination, human resources, customer service, or related fields preferred
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office preferred
