Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Read and analyze incoming emails, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Make travel arrangements for executives
Manage personal and business finances: reconcile multiple bank accounts, making payments, budgeting, finance forecasting, etc.
Handle personal and corporate tax payments and work with CPA and accountants on a consistent basis.
Manage payroll.
Collect rent payment for rental properties and manage tenants.
Create expense reports.
Coordinate large parties and events for corporate and personnel
