Position Summary:The warehouse coordinator is responsible for coordinating one or more functions within the warehouse. This includes receiving, warehousing, distribution, delivery, and/or overall inventory control of POS materials. This position prioritizes and organizes in a manner that supports all divisions of the company and our suppliers.
Job Description:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm
Compensation: $26-29/hr.

Job Responsibilities:
Receive, check-in, and ensure that product and paperwork is accurate.
- Locate product or received items warehouse location.
- Modify and maintain purchase orders in relevant system.
Responsible for physical inventory and POS materials
- Purging of outdated/perishable materials and/or inbound shipment tracking and updates.
- Partner with warehouse leadership and/or buyers to resolve discrepancies.
- Preparation and filing of POS materials, invoices, and/or dealer loader items for delivery to accounts or sales rep pick-ups and check-ins.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholders supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment
- Possess a valid drivers license
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
Competencies:
- Accountable for meeting own targets, work is reviewed periodically.
- Problems encountered will be defined, repetitive, and routine with a solution readily available.
