Were looking for an Accounting Clerk to join the Foothill Ranch CA team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized eager to learn and aligned with our core values: Quality Customer Focus Accountability Integrity and Communication.

What Youll Do

* Provide general office support for executives and senior managers across multiple departments
* Answer phones manage incoming/outgoing mail and respond to emails to assist the accounting team
* Create and update Excel spreadsheets and Word documents
* Assist with online purchasing vendor follow-up and special project coordination
* Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
* Offer ideas to improve processes and workflows
* Support accounting functions such as AP/AR collections order entry and payroll when needed

Details:

What You Bring

* High School Diploma is required; Undergrad is preferred but not necessary

* 1 year general office experience

* Working knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures is a plus

* Must have the ability to work well independently and within a group setting

* Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

* Possess good oral and written communication skills

* Valid CA Drivers License and insurance for running errands if needed

* MS Excel skills including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables a plus but not required

* Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

* Ability to work within deadlines

* Excellent organizational skills and time-management abilities

Additional Details

* This is a non-supervisory role
* Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

Pay Range : $19 - $23/hr
