Ejecutivo de Negocios
- Formación profesional en ramas administrativas y comerciales
- Experiencia comprobada en el área de Ventas de al menos 2 años en base a cumplimiento de objetivos
- Conocimiento de técnica de ventas y atención al cliente.
- Habilidad para desarrollar nueva cartera de clientes y realizar seguimiento permanente durante todo el proceso de ventas.
- Experiencia en ventas del rubro inmobiliario (Deseable)
- Buen manejo de ventas en Redes Sociales.
- Conocimientos de Microsoft Office-Nivel Intermedio.
- Conocimiento en manejo de CRM
- Identificar y captar nuevos clientes a través de diversos canales (redes sociales, base de datos, activaciones y eventos).
- Ofrecer asesoramiento personalizado a los clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y proporcionando alternativas adecuadas.
- Desarrollar la cartera de clientes, registros y reportes, manejo de CRM.
- Negociar términos y condiciones de venta de manera efectiva, asegurando el cierre de ventas.
- Coordinar con las diferentes áreas de la empresa la gestión documental.
