Starting hourly rate: $24.00 hourly

Role Overview As the Senior Team Lead for Teen Mental Health Services, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of counselors, case managers, and peer specialists. You’ll drive strategic planning, ensure trauma-informed care practices, and cultivate a collaborative environment that prioritizes client dignity and culturally competent support. This position blends leadership, program development, and direct engagement with youth and families.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with licensing, ethical, and reporting standards
2. Design and implement outreach initiatives focused on teen wellness and prevention
3. Evaluate program outcomes and apply data-driven improvements
4. Coordinate with schools, families, and community organizations for integrated care
5. Address crises with sensitivity, authority, and appropriate de-escalation methods
6. Champion equity, inclusion, and advocacy for underserved youth populations

Qualifications

1. Qualifications
2. Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in adolescent mental health
3. – OR –
4. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
5. Demonstrated success in program leadership or organizational management
6. Strong understanding of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and principles of diversity and inclusion
7. Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
