Position Summary

A confidential aerospace and precision manufacturing client in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support higher-level warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations. This role may support receiving, picking, staging, cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, shipment preparation, material movement, and warehouse documentation.

The ideal candidate will have stronger warehouse experience, good tenure, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and shipping support.
• Verify materials, quantities, labels, and paperwork for accuracy.
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy research.
• Assist with organizing stockroom, warehouse, and production staging areas.
• Prepare materials for production or outbound shipment.
• Identify and communicate shortages, damaged materials, incorrect parts, or inventory issues.
• Use scanners, inventory systems, ERP/MRP systems, or warehouse documentation as required.
• Support training or guidance of entry-level warehouse team members, if needed.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
• Support additional warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience required.
• Ability to work independently and follow warehouse procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to count, verify, and reconcile materials.
• Basic computer or inventory system experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance and strong work history.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift, move, push, pull, and stage materials as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Aerospace or manufacturing warehouse experience.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, WMS, scanners, inventory systems, or cycle counting.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus, if required by the site.
• Experience supporting shipping, receiving, kitting, or inventory control.
