- Support Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to documentation workflows, tools, and templates; train technical teams on documentation best practices, security classification, and version control.
YOU’RE AWESOME AT:
- Technical Documentation Expertise: Skilled in creating, editing, formatting, and maintaining high-quality technical manuals and engineering documents that support hardware and software systems.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Proven ability to engage with cross-functional teams to gather technical data, address documentation gaps, and ensure the final product reflects accurate and complete information.
- Process Ownership: Experienced with document change control systems, configuration management, and quality-driven documentation processes in regulated or compliance-heavy industries.

- 3 or more years of experience in technical writing, document control, or a related role.
- Technical background with a solid understanding of engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other document management tools.
- Hands-on experience with document control systems, version tracking, and change management workflows.
