RF Incoming Quality Inspector

Join Us as an RF Incoming Quality Inspector ($25–$30/hr)

Picture your day starting at the receiving area, where you’re the first line of defense for product quality. You verify that every RF-related piece part, sub-assembly, and assembly aligns with drawings and specifications. With precision tools in hand, you capture measurements, accept or reject materials, and log your findings so production can move with confidence.

What you’ll do

• Perform incoming mechanical inspections on a variety of components (piece parts, sub-assemblies, assemblies), determining acceptance based on engineering drawings/specifications.
• Compare part numbers and all received-item details against Procurement Data packing slips and Material Certification Compliance.
• Conduct First Article and detailed dimensional inspections; verify results using engineering drawings/specs and precision measuring instruments/devices.
• Coordinate with Production to test plated parts prior to acceptance and verify plating meets requirements.
• Quarantine and track discrepant material; document issues on Rejection Reports and enter results into SAP for Material Review Board (MRB) evaluation.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineer to communicate and resolve issues discovered during production.
• Partner with the Purchasing Department to review and discuss First Article results.

What you bring

• 1–2 years of hands-on quality control experience.
• IPC-A-610 (PCBA visual inspection) and IPC-A-620 training in quality inspection.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-883, AS9102, and the MRB process.
