Responsibilities

Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the department. Participates in the department's performance improvement activities and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High School Graduate or equivalent.
2. Secretarial training, clerical and previous office experience.
3. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:

1. Three to five years secretarial experience.
2. Additional languages Experience

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.15 to $30.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
