JOB SUMMARY Blue Mountain Construction Services, a leading company in the Residential New Home Construction, General Contracting, and HVAC Subcontracting industries, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to support the President of Construction. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities, creativity, proficiency with cutting-edge technologies, and an unwavering commitment to accomplishing tasks efficiently. As the Executive Administrator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the department, ensuring seamless communication, and driving operational excellence. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Provide high-level administrative support: Effectively manage and prioritize calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and prepare materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings and conferences.
  • Communication and correspondence: Draft, review, and edit a variety of documents including emails, memos, reports, and presentations. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Information management: Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents. Develop efficient systems for document management and retrieval.
  • Project coordination: Assist in coordinating and tracking progress on key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Technology utilization: Embrace and leverage the latest technologies and software applications to enhance productivity and streamline administrative processes. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Event coordination: Plan and execute company events, conferences, and seminars. Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and oversee event setup to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a liaison between the C-Suite office and various departments, clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Research and analysis: Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports on industry trends, competitor analysis, and other relevant topics as assigned.
  • Special projects: Support the President of Construction in ad-hoc assignments and special projects, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field. - Required
  • Experience in construction billing and contracts.- Preferred
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. - Required
  • Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using the latest office productivity software and collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • High level of creativity and innovation in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to task completion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish. - Required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The requirements listed below are representative of the physical ability required.
  • Work is performed primarily indoors. Lighting is artificial. Equipment used includes standard office equipment i.e. computer, telephone, fax machine and copier. Physical demands include sitting, walking, standing, bending over, kneeling, repetitive use of hands, grasping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 25 lbs. Hours and days are Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. Position requires close contact with Meyer employees and service vendors.

Pay Transparency: This job posting may span more than one career level. In addition to base salary, this job may be eligible to participate in our corporate discretionary bonus program, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar industry companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay range for this position is: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00.
