HR Manager (3rd Shift) Direct Hire | Santa Fe Springs, CA | Up to $120,000 Base Salary Schedule 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM Overview A growing distribution and manufacturing company is seeking a bilingual HR Manager to support third-shift operations at its Santa Fe Springs facilities. This role will act as the dedicated HR leader for overnight operations, partnering directly with managers and employees to support employee relations, compliance, engagement, staffing, and workforce management initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting large hourly workforces in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments and enjoys being a visible and accessible HR resource for employees working outside traditional business hours. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR point of contact for third-shift operations Partner with supervisors and operations leadership to address employee concerns and workforce challenges Conduct employee relations investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions Support employee coaching, corrective action, and performance management processes Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies and California employment laws Track workforce metrics and maintain HR reporting through Excel and Google Sheets Provide guidance and support to managers regarding employee relations and organizational best practices Help drive employee engagement and a positive workplace culture across overnight operations Qualifications & Requirements Bilingual Spanish/English required Experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Generalist Background supporting warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or similar environments Strong employee relations experience with hourly workforces Knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Comfortable supporting a large operational workforce during non-traditional business hours Additional Information Third shift supports approximately 250 employees during peak operations Company is experiencing rapid growth and expansion Extra hours and occasional schedule flexibility may be required during peak season Opportunity to play a critical role in supporting overnight operations and workforce growth
