Application Development Project Manager/Lead - Remote | WFH

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Application Development: Oversee the development of robust, high-quality applications using technologies like React, .NET, JavaScript, AWS, CI/CD, and Kubernetes. Ensure the successful deployment of scalable and efficient software solutions.

SEO & Marketing Integration: Work closely with the marketing team to implement effective SEO strategies that enhance the visibility and success of the applications in search engines.

Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead a team of developers. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and productive work environment that encourages growth and innovation.

Project Management: Balance new development initiatives with maintenance tasks to ensure smooth and continuous operation of the software. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Cloud Technology Utilization: Leverage Cloud technologies, particularly AWS, to improve the efficiency and scalability of application development processes.

Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and on time, adapting to changing requirements and ensuring consistent progress.

Auditing & Change Management: Implement auditing practices and change management processes to maintain high-quality standards, ensuring that applications are secure, reliable, and up-to-date.

Content & Contract Management: Use Content Management Systems (CMS) and Contract Management tools to organize, manage, and optimize project-related content and contracts.

Best Practices & Code Quality: Apply industry best practices to ensure high standards in coding, testing, and deployment, contributing to the creation of efficient, reliable, and maintainable applications.

User Experience Optimization: Use tools like Optimizely for A/B testing and personalization to continuously improve the user experience and optimize the functionality of applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Cloud Technologies Expertise: Strong proficiency in Cloud technologies, with experience using AWS to enhance application development.

CMS Experience: Practical experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage and organize content effectively.

Contract Management Knowledge: Understanding of contract management processes and tools.

Microsoft & Azure Skills: Competency in Microsoft technologies and Azure services is essential.

Agile Scrum Methodology: Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and experience working in Agile environments.

Auditing & Change Management: Experience with auditing practices and change management processes is highly desirable.

Strong Coding Skills: Proficiency in coding with technologies like React, .NET, and Optimizely to develop dynamic applications.

Familiarity with Kubernetes & AWS: Knowledge of Kubernetes and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is essential to ensure application scalability and reliability.
