Leland Saylor Associates is a nationally recognized construction consulting firm providing expertise in the areas of construction management, cost management, project controls and value management. We are proud to be advisors on some of the largest, most technically complex projects in the nation. Our project portfolio includes critical infrastructure, transit, aviation, public works, and water/wastewater.

We are seeking dynamic Senior Civil Cost and Schedule Specialists to be part of some of the most prestigious and landmark projects in the Western U.S, conducting detailed cost assessments for civil construction projects.

Daily Duties

• Providing specialized Preconstruction and Post-Contract support with experience in large-scale civil works and transit infrastructure projects.
• Conduct detailed cost estimation and reviews for civil construction projects, from high-level planning and design phases through the construction phase.
• Conduct project management and construction management related tasks, including constructability and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with project teams to understand technical requirements and specifications.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for precise cost evaluations and project execution.
• Generally, support the development of various cost estimating deliverables throughout the construction lifecycle,

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field.
• 15 years of experience providing cost estimating support on heavy civil construction projects including transportation and water infrastructure.
• Possess strong skills in cost analysis, change order evaluation, and negotiation.
• Must have a work visa or US citizenship. Possible H1 sponsorship.
• Proficiency in electronic takeoff software required, HCSS is .
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a plus.

Compensation: $105.00-140.00/hour

Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.
