Sales Manager, West Coast
Locala is hiring a Sales Manager, West Coast. If you are a strategic sales leader who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help shape the future of omnichannel advertising, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for candidates based in Los Angeles.

Your Background:
Undergraduate degree required.
3+ years of experience at an ad agency, publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, or
other online advertising roles A MUST -- omnichannel advertising a plus.
Established relationships with advertising agencies or brands
Self-starter – ability to self-motivate and establish new business.
Exceptional organization, presentation and communication skills – both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team-player.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, client success, operations, and product
Participate in client meetings, industry events, and presentations
Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners across key verticals.
O wn the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and close.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline while consistently exceeding revenue, activity, and new business targets.
Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to support renewals, optimization strategies, and account growth.
Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene to support predictable revenue outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
Build credibility through consultative selling, strategic thinking, and expertise in omnichannel media planning and execution.
Foster long-term partnerships by delivering value beyond campaigns and helping clients achieve broader business objectives.

Salary range for this role is $100-115K, with a competitive compensation package
