We are hiring Servers, Bussers, and Barbacks!

JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the front-of-house team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Whether engaging directly with guests, supporting service flow, or ensuring our dining room and bar are fully stocked and pristine, you’ll contribute to a collaborative environment where every detail matters.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional, guest-first service by anticipating needs and supporting a memorable dining experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished dining room, bar, and service areas
• Assist with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow throughout the shift
• Support servers and bartenders by stocking supplies, glassware, utensils, and service stations
• Possess working knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings appropriate to role
• Navigate the P.O.S. system as needed and follow proper cash-handling procedures
• Execute opening, closing, and side work duties with attention to detail
• Understand the layout and flow of the restaurant and work cohesively with the entire team
• Maintain all required certifications, including Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Safety (as required by state and county)
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in upscale dining or hospitality preferred.
• Valid Alcohol Awareness Certification (must meet state regulations).
• Valid Food Handlers Certification (must meet state regulations).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to assess situations and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Compensation details: 16.9 Hourly Wage
