About the Opportunity

OKX is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own and scale a brand-new decentralized-yield business line. You will be the architect, strategist, and public face of this product: setting the long-term vision, winning executive buy-in, and delivering a platform that lets users earn from tokenized real-world assets (RWA).

The position begins as a senior individual contributor but with full product P&L ownership. You’ll shape strategy, ship the first releases, and—once traction is proven—hire and coach a small PM team to accelerate growth worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:

  Set the direction. Craft a long-term vision and near-term roadmap grounded in market data, user research, and deep DeFi/RWA insight.



• 
  

  Influence at the top. Regularly brief OKX executives on market shifts, competitive moves, and strategic bets; secure resources and drive cross-org alignment.



• 
  

  Build the ecosystem. Source, evaluate, and integrate best-in-class DeFi protocols and tokenized-asset partners; negotiate win-win commercial terms.



• 
  

  Own the user journey. Deliver intuitive, transparent experiences that abstract on-chain complexity while clearly surfacing yield sources and risks.



• 
  

  Ship and iterate. Lead engineering, design, risk, and compliance from concept to launch; define KPIs, run experiments, and continually raise the bar.



• 
  

  Evangelize externally. Represent OKX at industry events and with institutional partners, establishing the company as a thought leader in DeFi yield and RWA.



• 
  

  Scale the team. Recruit, mentor, and inspire 2–3 PMs as the product line expands across regions and asset classes.

What We Look For In You:

• 
  

  10+ years in product management or adjacent leadership roles, with 5+ years deeply embedded in DeFi, crypto markets, or yield products.



• 
  

  Proven expertise in on-chain lending, staking, liquidity provisioning, and the emerging RWA/tokenization landscape.



• 
  

  Demonstrated success owning a zero-to-one product that achieved meaningful market adoption and revenue.



• 
  

  Credibility with both blockchain engineers and traditional-finance executives; able to translate between smart-contract details and boardroom impact.



• 
  

  Polished communicator and storyteller who can influence C-level stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.



• 
  

  Data-driven strategist with strong commercial instincts and a relentless bias for action.



• 
  

  Startup or high-growth experience is a strong plus , showing you can thrive with speed, ambiguity, and limited structure.



• 
  

  MBA, CFA, or prior experience in asset management / capital markets is also advantageous.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $198,765.00 to $328,308.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
