Join Our Dynamic Team as a Production Generalist I in Roseville, CA

Pay: 21/hr | Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

As a Warehouse Production Generalist, you’ll play a key role in handling Point of Sale (POS) equipment—ensuring smooth order fulfillment, refurbishment, and shipment processes. You’ll be responsible for:

Order Preparation & Fulfillment – Pulling client orders, assembling and kitting items, and preparing shipments.
Technical Handling – Learning to operate heavy electric equipment like standup forklifts and working with POS systems.
Team Collaboration – Working on various projects like 6S initiatives, safety programs, and special events to improve efficiency and workplace culture.
Continuous Improvement – Learning and adapting in an ever-evolving environment with opportunities to cross-train and develop new skills.
Safety & Organization – Upholding the highest safety and quality standards while keeping work areas clean and organized.

What You Need to Succeed:

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year experience using basic computer systems (email, Excel, Oracle a plus)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and standing for long periods

• Willingness to work overtime based on business needs
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with POS unit shipping, technical troubleshooting, and Level II repairs

• Forklift experience and certification

• Proactive problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset

Pay Details: 21.00 per hour
