What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution for a major pillar of our site, app, and business transformation. Specifically, you will:


  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Design and Engineering to deliver high-impact features that improve member engagement and success.

  • Drive product vision and execution by owning a 3–6 month roadmap, while contributing to longer-term strategy and innovation around transforming WeightWatchers into a holistic weight management platform..

  • Apply strong product sense, advocating for clean, intuitive UX that covers a full spectrum of care and balances member needs with business goals.

  • Use data to drive decisions—define success metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously evaluate performance to ensure we are delivering measurable value to our members and the business.

  • Influence and align stakeholders by proactively communicating plans, progress, and insights across the organization to unlock collective creativity and intelligence.

Skills Required:


  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in consumer-facing digital products

  • Strong understanding of mobile UX and user-centered design principles

  • Proficiency with product discovery techniques, including user research and A/B testing

  • Comfort with product analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Amplitude) and using data to inform decisions

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messaging for different audiences

  • Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.

US Pay Range

$150,000 - $220,000 USD
