Job Title: Racquet Pro Shop Attendant

The Racquet Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for managing and promoting tennis programs and events, overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the tennis lounge and courts, and providing exceptional service to members.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Consistently uphold a superior level of service and maintain a positive demeanor towards members and team members
  • Make an effort to learn the names and acknowledge every Mesa Verde Country Club member to provide personalized service and build positive relationships.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tennis lounge, pro shop, and restrooms
  • Assist members in scheduling and coordinating matches with other members and guests
  • Maintain and confirm reservation lists for special events and ensure accurate record-keeping of all court usage
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all
  • Manage pro shop email communication, including receiving, disseminating, and responding to inquiries
  • Report any safety issues to the Tennis Pro Shop Manager
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with members, team members, management, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Explain the tennis operation to potential members and provide them with an opportunity to play as directed by the Head Tennis Professional
  • Enter sales transactions into the point-of-sale system
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head Tennis Pro, Pro Shop Manager, or Club House Manager
  • Completes required safety and harassment training within the required time frame
  • Is responsible for knowing MVCC employee policies and procedures and working by the MVCC core values
  • Maintain regular attendance on Mesa Verde Country Club property

    • POS, specifically Jonas experience a plus

    • Valid Driver's License.
    • CPR/AED certified preferred
