The Opportunity We are seeking a versatile Digital Media Designer  who blends creative excellence with a performance mindset. This role involves producing high-impact digital content across web, video, social, and advertising channels to support lead generation and campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create visuals and content that convert. Accountable for Â- Content Creation: Shoot and edit photo and video content; produce short-form videos, stills, and motion graphics for web, social, and advertising.
- Website & Digital Assets: Create and update website visuals, landing page assets, and digital materials that support user experience and campaign performance.
- Ad & Social Creatives: Design and iterate on high-performing ad creatives for Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and social channels.
- Marketing Materials: Develop and refresh digital and print collateral, including brochures, signage, one-sheets, and internal resources.
- Performance Optimization: Improve creative assets using performance data, A/B testing insights, and audience engagement metrics.
- Collaboration & Brand Stewardship: Work cross-functionally to align content with campaign goals while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
- 3â5+ years in graphic design, with a focus on digital marketing and advertising.
- Demonstrated performance-driven creative work, including ads, social, email, and landing pages.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva.
- Experience with video and motion tools (After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut).
- Understanding of design for performance metrics like CTR, engagement, and conversions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Experience in print, environmental design, or evolving brand systems.
- $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience Paid time off and paid holidays
