We’re looking for a motivated and caring Speech Therapist to join our rehabilitation team and help enhance the quality of life for our residents.

SIGN-ON BONUS: $8,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessment & Diagnosis: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ communication, speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.

• Treatment Planning: Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident’s needs.

• Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

• Collaboration: Partner with an interdisciplinary team — including physicians, psychologists, and educators — to provide integrated, resident-centered care.

• Education & Counseling: Guide residents, families, and caregivers in understanding communication disorders and provide strategies for ongoing progress at home.

• Documentation: Keep accurate and detailed records of assessments, therapy plans, and progress, following all healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Licensure: Must hold an a ctive Speech-Language Pathology license in California in good standing

• Skills: Compassionate, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse populations, and knowledge of current research and speech therapy techniques
