Cleaning Technician
Join our team as a Cleaning Technician and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and their guests. This early morning position starts at 4:30am and is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy working independently. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that offices, restrooms, and common areas are spotless and well-stocked each day.
Responsibilities
- Clean entrance glass doors and coffee counters
- Sweep rugs and hard flooring; vacuum carpets as needed
- Deep clean restrooms, including toilets (inside and out), sinks (inside and out), and handrails
- Dust vents and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door knobs and light switches
- Restock paper products and soap in restrooms
- Take out trash from all designated areas
- Clean office desks and breakroom counters, including the outside of appliances and tables
- Sweep and mop floors in offices and breakrooms
Qualifications
- Ability to start work at 4:30am
- Capable of bending, twisting, and pushing a mop bucket with water independently
- Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures
- Reliable and able to work independently
