About the Role:

The QC Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that all manufactured products meet stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and measurement tools.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and product specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quality documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Quality Control or related fields (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector).
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in using digital measurement instruments and quality management software.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of materials and products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Utilize measurement tools and testing equipment to verify product specifications and tolerances.
• Document inspection results accurately and report any non-conformances or quality issues to the quality control manager.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to investigate defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety regulations, and industry guidelines during all inspection activities.
• Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date to guarantee measurement accuracy.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in external quality audits as required.
