Project Coordinator - Japanese Bilingual

Job Title: Business Systems Project Coordinator(Full-time)

Department: System Development Department (DX Division)

Location: Torrance, CA (This is an on-site position)

Occasional travel to various locations may be necessary.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. (40 hours per week).

Work hours are subject to change based on client requirements and job duties. Employees are required to consult with their supervisor and adhere to the schedule provided.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of projects pertaining to the development and implementation of client-specific systems. The incumbent ensures that projects are delivered within established timelines, budget constraints, and scope parameters, while adhering to stakeholder requirements and contributing to organizational objectives. This role also serves as a liaison between development teams and clients for the purpose of issue resolution.

• Accounting Systems: QuickBooks, Sage
