Enterprise Account Executive
About us
Auxia is at the forefront of revolutionizing how companies grow using AI-driven automation and machine learning.
Today, enterprises waste millions on ad hoc data analysis, rule-based campaigns, and manually-configured experiments with uncertain ROI. Our platform transforms the traditionally manual, labor-intensive processes of customer engagement, activation, and retention into an autonomous, data-driven system that continuously optimizes performance. Our customers include many of the largest enterprises in the world, from global financial institutions to leading retailers and marketplaces.
Founded by a team of experts from Google, Meta, and Lyft with deep experience in marketing, growth, and AI, Auxia is rapidly expanding. In order to accelerate our growth, we are looking for our first sales hires to join the founding team.
About the role
Auxia has reached a critical stage in our company’s growth where we’re looking to scale beyond founder-led sales. We intend to hire an experienced account executive who is excited about the opportunity to become a founding member of the team that grows our business in the US. Our GTM team is lean and we’re pursuing candidates that are excited to work full stack to source and close enterprise customers. You will also have the opportunity to help shape our sales process and culture, with the opportunity to progress to a sales leadership role quickly.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and hyper-personalized outreach.
- Create and manage consultative relationships with senior leaders: We expect you to be able to build, maintain, and manage new relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with our largest prospects.
- Negotiating and Closing Complex Deal Cycles: Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, addressing objections and closing deals. Navigate complex organization structures, contracts, and agreements quickly and effectively, working closely with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Craft tailored sales presentations and proposals that meet our enterprise customers needs. Collaborate with our marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns and presentations.
- Help Define our Sales Motion: We’re an early team and your work will directly impact how our GTM function operates and succeeds.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our broader GTM team, as well as our product and technical teams to deliver outstanding results for our customers.
What You’ll Bring
- Extremely competitive: You want to win
- At least 2 years of sales experience in an enterprise customer-facing sales role
- Enterprise Experience: Experience managing a $1M+ quota and running complex deals end to end.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to pitch, learn, and demonstrate a highly technical product
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proven track record of identifying and targeting potential enterprise clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
Preferred Qualities
- Previously worked at an early stage company
- Experience selling highly technical products
- Thrives in ambiguity and thinks from first principles
- Excited to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of best of breed software, including a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and common enterprise security concerns
