Warehouse OSHA Safety Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 04:00pm )

• Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions for warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Perform routine safety audits and inspections of warehouse operations, equipment, racking systems, forklifts, and material handling processes.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Investigate workplace accidents, injuries, and near-miss incidents; prepare detailed reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain OSHA logs (300, 300A, 301) and safety documentation.

Warehouse OSHA Safety Coordinator Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Safety Coordinator or similar role in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety compliance standards.
• Experience conducting safety meetings and employee training sessions.
• Experience performing internal safety audits and inspections.
• Bilingual-Spanish/English to be able to communicate with the warehouse employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
