Payroll, Timecard & Scheduling Coordinator

As a Payroll, Timecard & Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities by managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate timekeeping records, and developing effective staff schedules. Responsibilities
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure all security posts are consistently covered by qualified personnel.
- Assign security guards based on training and site-specific requirements, maintaining a roster of flexible staff to address absences and last-minute needs.
- Monitor and control overtime, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and obtaining management approval when necessary.
- Review and update timecards daily to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee proper clock-in and clock-out procedures, promptly resolving any attendance or timekeeping discrepancies.
- Communicate with team members to address and correct timecard errors or attendance issues.
- Prepare payroll for review and submit payroll totals to administration and management according to the established bi-weekly schedule.
- Maintain organized records for payroll, scheduling, and compliance audits.
- Track and report coverage issues, attendance trends, or scheduling risks to the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, payroll, timekeeping, or a related administrative function.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with scheduling or payroll software is a plus.
Compensation
$23 – $28 per hour
