Bakery Manager - Evening (Bilingual required, English/ Spanish)

Cupcakin' Bake Shop is a fun and collaborative work environment producing excellent products. We are looking for a passionate person who loves cupcakes and can scoop and bake cupcakes in a large-scale bakery operation. The Night Bake team is critical to the success of the shop overall! You scoop and bake every cupcake that is enjoyed by our customers the next day. Your time will be divided into directing and supporting the night bake team associates, monitoring quality, and managing communications with the daytime staff and the culinary director. This role is great for someone who enjoys the repetitive and meditative motion of scooping cupcakes, a kitchen environment outside of the hustle-and-bustle hours, and takes pride in being part of making the best cupcakes in the Bay Area. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in both English and Spanish

- Agreeable to work the needs of the business, including but limited to holiday and weekend shifts.
Schedule:
- Night Bake team shift times are normally 5:30pm - 11:30pm. Weekend availability is a must.
- During our busiest times of year (such as Valentine's Day season), shift times can be between 4:00 pm - 12:00 am.
