MOET Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Negotiator to join our plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Irvine, CA . This full-time, in-person role is critical in the post-demand phase of personal injury cases , where you will negotiate directly with insurance companies to maximize settlements for our clients.

This position is ideal for a seasoned personal injury professional with strong demand negotiation experience , a deep understanding of case value, damages, and insurance strategies , and the ability to confidently handle high-value negotiations.

Salary Range: $25 $35 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary negotiator with insurance adjusters after demand is submitted
• Evaluate case value, liability, and damages to develop negotiation strategies
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to maximize client recovery
• Review and analyze medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Draft and revise demand packages and settlement communications as needed
• Handle counteroffers, strategy adjustments, and escalation of negotiations
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding settlement progress and expectations
• Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and staff on case strategy
• Maintain detailed records of negotiations, offers, and settlement outcomes
• Assist with high-value or complex cases and provide guidance to team members

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury negotiation experience (required)
• Proven ability to negotiate directly with insurance companies
• Strong understanding of injury valuation, damages, and settlement strategy
• Experience handling high-volume or high-value cases
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a demand writer, case manager, or pre-litigation negotiator
• Background in personal injury law firm operations
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
• Spanish-speaking ability a plus
