Electrical Engineer (San Francisco)
- Rapidly develop high-reliability electronics for aircraft.
- Own system trades, component selection, analysis, schematic capture, layout, bring-up, debugging, manufacturing, and test.
- Support hardware through ground testing and flight
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines to design and develop the overall aircraft systems to be more efficient and reliable.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical engineering, avionics integration, or related fields.
- Experience developing new hardware or systems with minimal time and resources.
- Experience with sensor signal conditioning circuits, motor inverters/controllers, or other actuation systems.
- Experience with switching power converters, magnetics, solid state load switches, or analog control loops.
- Experience with digital processors, memory chips, or network switches.
- Experience with circuit board layout.
- Experience with automating hardware development functions (ex. test scripts for bench testing, scripting to accelerate analysis, etc.).
