General Manager - Growing High Volume Coffee Concept

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a passionate General Manager to lead our growing high-volume coffee concept in San Diego. As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our coffee establishment, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met. You will lead a dedicated team, drive sales, and implement innovative strategies to attract and retain customers. This role is vital to our mission of providing exceptional service while fostering a positive team environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with a supportive work culture that values growth and development in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee concept
• Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock levels
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics
• Collaborate with marketing to promote the coffee brand
• Foster a welcoming environment for customers and staff

Requirements

• Experience in QSR Restaurants as a General Manager
• Drive Through experience is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting
• Knowledge of coffee products and trends is preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
