We’re seeking a dynamic leader to drive wholesale and owned-retail growth by managing existing partner accounts, launching new partnerships, and overseeing execution through third-party retail operations. This role combines strategic oversight with day-to-day operations, requiring a persuasive, analytical, and highly organized individual.
What You Will Own and How You Will Make a Difference
Negotiate vendor terms and requirements for new wholesale accounts in partnership with leadership and finance.
Maintain strong communication and relationships with wholesale accounts and third-party retail partners.
Own full P&L responsibility for the wholesale channel, driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic account management.
Understand and document wholesale account policies, compliance requirements, and internal processes.
Develop cross-functional workback schedules and coordinate across Merchandising, Production, Logistics, Tech, Customer Service, and Finance. Analyze sales performance to identify risks, forecast replenishment, and plan new product introductions.
Collaborate with Planning and Merchandising on channel-specific assortment strategies and accurate sell-in plans.
Respond to inquiries on orders, shipments, pricing, and vendor compliance.
Coordinate order logistics, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving issues as they arise.
Identify and pursue new wholesale partners, managing outreach, target setting, and all communications.
Conduct seasonal store and market visits to showcase assortments and understand retail performance.
Partner with third-party operators to hit owned-retail sales targets and execute merchandising and marketing updates.
Own and document wholesale operations end-to-end, including internal SOPs and partner-facing processes.
Develop assortment linesheets and materials that support sell-in strategies.
Who You Are
5-8 years in wholesale apparel sales; experience with national department stores and big box retailers preferred.
A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Clear communicator with exceptional customer service and relationship management skills.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and process improvements.
A strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities and optimize account performance.
Willing to travel as needed to support accounts and retail execution.
This is a maternity leave coverage from August 1 to December 1. There is an opportunity to convert to full-time.
Hourly pay rate will be $42-$46.
