Responsibilities:

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee multiple locations supporting all facilities maintenance operations. This role requires the ability to travel across the designated region.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Day Shift-Must be flexible
Pay : $120,000-$130,000K + Annual performance bonus potential of 20%

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple facilities maintenance operations including scheduling, quotes, process improvements, and vendor relationships
  • The Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance operations including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities 
  • The Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards 
  • As the Regional Facilities Maintenance Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution 
  • You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting 
  • The Regional Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis 
  • Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Tech School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience 

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree
