What you’ll actually be doing

• Lead and develop a team of 6 Applications Engineers across varying experience levels
• Own project flow, priorities, and execution across fast-paced, ~30-day timelines
• Act as a technical sounding board during customer conversations and solution development
• Partner closely with sales, manufacturing, and supply chain to keep projects moving
• Bring structure to a team that’s ready for its next level of performance
