As a Sr. Content Producer at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in establishing ServiceNow as a thought leader in the tech industry while also creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that amplify our thought leadership content. You will be responsible for developing holistic campaigns that drive engagement, build brand recognition, and position us as a trusted source of industry knowledge and innovation.
The Content Producer is a vital element in constructing a cohesive content strategy with a focus on specific buying centers. Supported by creative and editorial resources, you will be responsible for aligning our brand narratives with the team's content strategies and editorial decisions. You will also play the role of a creative and an editor, as you conceptualize and produce content assets that resonate with viewers across earned, owned, and paid platforms, with the aim of driving business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a thought leadership content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other team members to identify thought leadership topics and ideas.
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to stay informed and identify content opportunities.
- Work with editorial team to create engaging, insightful, and well-researched thought leadership content, including articles, blog posts, webinars, videos, and newsletters.
- Create content to enable marketing stakeholders and sales teams.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that leverage thought leadership content across multiple channels, such as email, social media, webinars, events, and PR.
- Ensure content is of high quality, accurately represents the company's expertise, and adheres to the company's brand voice and style guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of integrated campaigns and content, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Promote thought leadership content and integrated campaigns through various channels, including email marketing, social media and internal sales enablement.
- Analyze content and campaign performance and use data-driven insights to refine the thought leadership and integrated campaign strategy.
- Monitor industry conversations and respond to comments and inquiries on thought leadership content.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of campaign strategy and measurement.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with content management systems, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate complex tech concepts into engaging content.
For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $80,820 - $133,380, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location. For individuals who will be working in the Bay Area, there is a pay enhancement for positions located in that geographical area; please contact your recruiter for additional information.
