Frazier Insurance Agency — a proud Farmers Insurance agency — is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to maintain and nurture our well-established book of commercial clients , while actively contributing to the growth and expansion of our commercial department.

About the Role:

You’ll be the key point of contact for our commercial clients—building relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring each business we protect receives top-tier support. You'll also collaborate closely with our leadership team to strengthen client retention and help grow our commercial footprint.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and service an existing book of commercial insurance clients

• Handle renewals, certificates of insurance (COIs), endorsements, audits, and policy changes

• Proactively communicate with clients to maintain strong, lasting relationships

• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the current book

• Support onboarding of new clients and assist producers as needed

• Work with Farmers and other carriers to negotiate renewals and secure quotes

• Contribute to the department’s long-term growth strategies and retention goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated and reliable , with a strong sense of ownership

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management

• Commercial insurance experience preferred , especially in client servicing

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• CA Property & Casualty license required (or must be obtained promptly)

• A team player who thrives in a professional, client-focused environment
