About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our AI Agent App Store. As the App Store PM, you will lend your expertise in managing creator marketplaces in enterprise to help build and grow a world class ecosystem. Additionally, you will work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and ensure smooth implementation of features. You will also be responsible for developing APIs, managing feature rollouts, and creating QA specifications to ensure our portal delivers an exceptional user experience in the healthcare space. Responsibilities:

• Help establish vision and direction for the AI Agent App Store

• Research, understand, and improve the creator user experience

• Define product specifications and write user stories/tickets for engineering teams to implement.

• Work closely with engineering to define APIs and ensure seamless feature integration.

• Collaborate with the QA team to define and implement QA specifications, ensuring high product quality.

• Understand detailed feature implementation and work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and healthcare experts to ensure all product requirements are met.

• Manage the product roadmap for the portal and app marketplace, ensuring that features are prioritized and delivered on time.

• Serve as the product expert, understanding the needs of healthcare providers and patients to create impactful solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience managing an app store, creator marketplace, creator/developer tools, or other such ecosystem

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a healthcare SaaS company or similar environment.

• Strong technical background with experience working closely with engineering teams to define APIs and product specifications.

• Excellent skills in writing product documentation, user stories, and defining QA specifications.

• Ability to manage product roadmaps and work cross-functionally with multiple teams (engineering, design, QA).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in developing or managing products in the healthcare or clinical field.

• Familiarity with generative AI technologies or AI applications in healthcare.

• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company.

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
