Position Overview

OMNI is seeking a Front Office Acquisition Support Analyst to provide acquisition, program management, and executive support for Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs. The ideal candidate will support acquisition planning, contract documentation, cost analysis, and program execution while ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support acquisition planning, contract development, and program execution activities.

• Prepare and review acquisition documentation, including SOWs, acquisition plans, cost estimates, and budgets.

• Track program schedules, milestones, risks, and acquisition action items.

• Provide cost analysis, acquisition reporting, and contract performance support.

• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and staffing packages for leadership.

• Coordinate with contracting, engineering, financial, and program management teams to support mission objectives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Acquisition Management, Program Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 10 years of DoD acquisition or federal program support experience.

3. Strong knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle, FAR, and DFARS.

4. Experience developing acquisition documentation and supporting contract execution.

5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

7. Active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility required.

8. Active Top Secret clearance required

9. U.S. Citizenship required
