What You'll Do

• Lead with Safety Model a Safety-First mindset in everything you do.
• Market Insights Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor products to uncover opportunities for innovation.
• Product Development Partner with R&D and engineering to design HVAC solutions that align with customer and business goals.
• Lifecycle Management Manage products from conception to end-of-life, ensuring timely updates and phase-outs.
• Profitability & Pricing Establish cost targets and pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and manufacturing to drive successful product launches.
• Customer Engagement Gather and apply customer and field team feedback to enhance products and meet market needs.
• Regulatory Compliance Ensure all products meet industry and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and market trends for strategic decisions.
