Overview
Registered Nurse, NICU | Lodi, California, United States | Start 07/13/2026 | 13 weeks | $1,842–$1,990 per week | 3x12-hour nights | Travel - Temporary Assignment in a hospital setting

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for neonates and an assigned patient group according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, ensuring safe, effective care
- Coordinate care with other disciplines while using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making
- Provide intensive monitoring for neonates experiencing lifethreatening conditions, ensuring rapid assessment and timely intervention
- Maintain accurate documentation, infection control practices, and patient safety throughout the shift
- Collaborate with the NICU multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and family-centered care

Requirements
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 3x12 schedule
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment in a NICU setting
- Demonstrated ability to perform nursing duties with critical thinking and independent judgment in a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care environment
- Commitment to applying the nursing process and established standards of care in neonate care
- Strong collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and effective communication with families
