Junior IT Helpdesk
- o Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Support the IT team in maintaining and monitoring network systems
- Help in the installation and configuration of computer systems
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to team objectives
- Document technical processes and update support manuals
- Provide technical support to end-users via email, phone, or in-person
- Learn and adhere to company IT policies and security measures
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Must have
- Basic understanding of operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Fundamental knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking devices and concepts such as routers, switches, IP configuration, etc.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and email clients.
- Awareness of basic Cybersecurity principles.
- Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge on Cloud computing like AWS / Azure are preferred.
- Good to have
- Basic Programming languages (Java, C++),
- Knowledge on Database management system like SQL DB , Oracle DB etc
- Batch & Shell scripting knowledge.
