Your New Role

• Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repair in Livermore, CA and surrounding East Bay areas

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

• Service equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and duct systems

• Complete routine maintenance and respond to service calls efficiently

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommended solutions

• Maintain high standards for safety, workmanship, and professionalism

• Coordinate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedules

• Relevant HVAC service experience

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems

• Experience working on commercial HVAC systems preferred

• EPA certification required

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to work within a union environment
