Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assembler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Union City, CA within the electronics manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented production professional with hands-on assembly experience, strong quality awareness, and the ability to follow precise work instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As an Assembler, you will support daily production by assembling products, performing quality checks, using testing and measuring instruments, documenting production data, and following established safety procedures. Key Responsibilities

- Assemble production products according to the work schedule and documented procedures provided by management.
- Perform quality control counts, inspections, and tests on incoming and outgoing units.
- Pack and unpack products according to standard procedures for each item.
- Support repair work in coordination with the Operations department.
- Use standard testing and measuring instruments to verify product quality and performance.
- Complete accurate documentation for production, testing, inspection, and repair activities.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $54,000 to $58,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Assemble electronics or production products according to schedule, specifications, and work instructions.
- Perform incoming and outgoing quality checks, counts, and testing.
- Use testing and measuring instruments to support production quality.
- Maintain accurate production, testing, and documentation records.

- 3 to 5 years of assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience working in electronics, components, semiconductor, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and production instructions.
- Familiarity with ESD procedures and proper use of ESD equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an operations or production team.
- Dependable, organized, and able to maintain accurate documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience with repair support, product testing, or inspection in an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Experience using standard production testing tools, measuring instruments, or inspection equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control processes for incoming and outgoing production units.
