We are growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front office team. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow into a Service Advisor career path.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact – greet and assist customers in-person, by phone, and by text.
• Schedule appointments, dispatch repair orders, and keep customers updated on vehicle status.
• Manage customer records, vehicle history, and warranty follow-ups.
• Handle payments, close out tickets, and support front office operations.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Perform light duties such as shuttling customers, moving vehicles, and lifting supplies/tires (up to 50 lbs).
• Keep the front office and waiting area clean and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of customer service experience ( automotive a plus, but not required ).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A positive, team-first attitude and desire to learn.
• Comfortable with technology, texting platforms, and shop management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs safely.
