About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you are the crucial first point of contact for Green American Builders. Your mission is to identify and engage prospective clients in their homes, building immediate rapport and clearly communicating the value of our services.
You'll be instrumental in generating qualified leads by expertly scheduling follow-up consultations for our sales closers. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, and the tenacity to turn initial interactions into promising opportunities.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
Engage directly with individuals in their homes, presenting Green American Builders' offerings with confidence and clarity.
Masterfully build rapport and trust within moments of meeting new people.
Effectively communicate our value proposition and identify customer needs.
Skillfully navigate conversations, address initial questions, and overcome objections with poise.
Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions to understand their interest and needs.
Secure solid appointments for our sales team, ensuring a smooth handover.
Maintain a high level of self-driven activity, consistently working towards daily and weekly targets.
Adapt to various environments and customer interactions, maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a Base + Commission compensation structure designed to reward your hard work and success, with an expected earning potential between $80,000 and $150,000 annually .
