Note: The hourly rate for this position is $28 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: Monday - Friday 32-40 hour work week
• Supervise and coordinate landscape installation and maintenance activities
• Assign tasks and monitor crew performance to ensure efficiency and safety
• Operate landscaping equipment and perform routine maintenance (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Liaise with clients and management regarding project updates and requirements
• Inspect job sites for quality assurance and address any deficiencies promptly
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, budget, and timelines
• Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials, and crew assignments

Qualifications:

• Prior field leadership role in landscape maintenance or installation
• Minimum 3 years of landscaping and supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Bilingual preferred
