Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, and HVAC) Project Manager
Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager position in CA
We are a large mechanical contractor that specializes in Plumbing, Piping and HVAC projects throughout California.
Responsibilities of Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager:
- Build/Strengthen our relationship with General Contractors and Owners
- Manage one or multiple commercial mechanical projects
- Meet with our on-site Superintendents, Foreman, Safety Managers and Sub-Contractors
- Coordinate schedule, budget, and change orders
- Communicate with Detailers, Purchasing Department, Suppliers, and Engineers.
- Identify upcoming and future projects
- Finish projects on-time and under-budget and exceed owner and general contractor requirements
Requirements for Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager:
- 5 or more years of Mechanical Project Management experience
- Experience working on Commercial Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC projects
Preferred:
- Bachelors Degree (Construction related)
- Prior field experience in Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC
- Construction Project Management experience
- Stable work-history
