Order Selector

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Order Selector for a direct hire opportunities in the Inland Empire. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on warehouse, general labor, order selecting, forklift, and electric pallet jack experience who are looking for a stable production and operations environment.

As an Order Selector, you will support daily warehouse operations by accurately picking, moving, staging, and organizing products to meet production and shipping requirements. Key Responsibilities

- Select, pick, and stage orders accurately according to work instructions and operational needs.
- Operate sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials safely throughout the facility.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport products within warehouse or production areas.
- Verify product counts, labels, and order accuracy before staging or shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following company safety procedures.
- Support general labor duties as needed to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $41,600 to $43,500.00 per year.
- Location: Ontario, CA.
- All 3 shifts available: day, swing, and graveyard.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Perform order selecting, picking, staging, and material handling duties in a warehouse or production environment.
- Operate sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Support loading, unloading, product movement, and general labor tasks.
- Maintain accuracy, productivity, and safety standards throughout the shift.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, order selecting, production, or material handling experience.
- Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
- Experience using electric pallet jacks.
- Ability to work day, swing, or graveyard shifts based on availability and business needs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
- Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution, production, or operations environment.
- Prior experience with order accuracy, staging, inventory movement, or shipping support.
- Flexibility to support overtime or changing operational needs when required.
