We are seeking a general practice Associate Veterinarian to join a cohesive, tenured team. This is a 24-hour general/emergency/specialty animal practice located less than 30 minutes northeast of downtown Sacramento, CA. They have a supportive and fun team of board-certified specialists in internal medicine, surgery, critical care, anesthesia, cardiology, oncology, and radiology, as well as a large team of rockstar ER clinicians and general practice veterinarians.

This is a fantastic opportunity to tailor your schedule with a variety of shifts depending on your interest and preference. This includes scheduled appointment receiving, daytime or overnight emergency, and/or dedicated dentistry or surgery shifts. The schedule involves a 3-4 day work week with some Saturdays and no on-call hours.

This practice is situated on nine beautiful acres in the foothills of the Sierra Mountains, nestled amongst oak trees, a creek, and pond shared with wildlife. There are outstanding hiking, biking, and kayaking opportunities nearby. San Francisco, Tahoe, and Reno are all within a two-hour drive.
